SHIPPING POLICY
Items will be shipped within 1 business day during our regular business hours of Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.
Do not expect to get your item shipped over the weekend or during public/federal holidays and non business working hours.
Items will only be shipped to those addresses which were specified on the Ebay Order. Requests to change shipping address will not be 
entertained.
Items under $10 in value may not ship with a tracking or delivery confirmation number.
An email with tracking number will be sent to the registered Ebay email address once the item has been shipped. It will be updated on   eBay & Paypal as well.
Items over $300 value might require “signature confirmation". So make sure someone is available to sign to accept the delivery
INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage / clearing charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the   buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a payment. Every   country has a different tax rate as well as regulations for import.
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage / clearing are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when the goods   are being picked up from shipping company or customs. Please do not confuse any of these charges as additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as
gifts". This is against our policy as well as against the policy of USA   as well as for the countries where these goods are being shipped to.
TERMS OF SALE
100% Effort is put in to make sure that there are no errors in the description of an item. If a buyer is unclear about anything please ask   us before making the purchase.
All our items regardless new or not only comes with 30 days seller warranty as described under our "Return Policy" right below. There   is no other warranty of any kind, like manufacturer warranty or third party warranty. So please buy accordingly.
Buyer is responsible for confirming the compatibility of a particular accessory with their product manufacturer and / or confirming the 
compatibility of a cellular phone with their carrier for their location.
For cellular phones buyer is completely responsible for configuring / setting up / activating the phone. We are unable to help with APN   settings / browser / mms settings etc.
SIM cards are never included with any cellular phones (unless mentioned in the "What's Included" section).
Buyer is responsible for confirming with their service provider if a particular cellular phone requires a Data Plan or not.
RETURN POLICY
We only accept returns up to a period of 30 days from the purchase date.
Items returned due to a defect or functionality issue will be taken back without the buyer being responsible for the return shipping.
For all other returns buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, regardless of what it says under "Shipping and payments"   tab of the listing.
There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all returns other than defect / functionality issue. If the buyer use seller provided prepaid return 
label and no problems found in the item then we do charge shipping fees as well.
Due to buyers mistake in the shipping address, or no one was there to accept the signature confirmation package and hence the order   gets returned back to us, we will refund the amount after excluding the shipping charges.
